"subject": "Candidate for the EU elections: take the pledge “Vote for Animals 2024”",
"message": "People in Europe care a lot about how animals are treated. This is shown by the big reactions to surveys and campaigns for animal welfare. Some initiatives by citizens in Europe have been successful, like 'End the Cage Age' and 'Save Cruelty Free Cosmetics.' Many citizens want the EU to do more to protect animals, including farm animals, pets, and wildlife.\n\nAs you know, as a candidate, you have to represent the interests and major concerns of the European citizens. When voting on 6 - 9 June, I will give my vote to the candidates that have committed to be my voice during their mandate. You now have a chance to show your commitment to all of us, by taking the pledge for the animals ‘Vote for Animals 2024’ here:\n\nvoteforanimals.org\n\nBy signing this pledge, you’re promising to call for better animal welfare during your mandate, and act on what I, and millions of citizens like me, have been calling for. Now is the time for our voices to be heard - and more importantly, the welfare of those who do not have a voice at all.\n\nI trust you will pay good attention to this email and take the pledge!\n\nThank you in advance for your support.\n\n{{name}}",
